Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a dynamic German-Speaking Sales Specialist to join our fast-growing international sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing existing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across the German-speaking market. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target the German-speaking market.

  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strong client relationships.

  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations virtually or in person.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to optimize client engagement.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Native or fluent proficiency in German and strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).

  • Proven track record in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in a technology, SaaS, or service-oriented industry.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion abilities.

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a remote or hybrid setting.

  • Good understanding of CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and resilient under pressure.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.

  • Previous experience working in international or multilingual environments is an advantage.

  • Experience with remote or hybrid work settings preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position based in Spain (Hybrid or Remote).

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET.

  • Flexibility required for occasional meetings with clients in different time zones.
