In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • To understand specific project requirements and complete all assignments allocated to you by your supervisor(s) and program leader(s)
  • To shadow your supervisor(s) and program leaders from time to time and ask relevant questions to reinforce your understanding of topics you have been exposed to
  • To independently conduct additional research using different mediums to strengthen knowledge and learning.
  • To participate in all technical trainings and attend any business unit or functional workshops as scheduled.
  • To participate in all mandatory and assigned soft skills training as scheduled by human resources.
  • To attend and participate in meetings (as required) with various stakeholders across the organization.
  • To raise concerns to supervisor or program leaders and make suggestions for improvement as appropriate.
  • To always exhibit Emerson core values as guiding principles of your expected behavior
  • To always observe and adhere to all health and safety practices across the organization.
  • To be willing to travel to different MEA offices, locations, sites from time to time.
  • To analyse data and write reports according to predefined specifications.
  • Taking notes and sharing your findings with your supervisor and other relevant stakeholders.
  • To collaborate and establish a professional relationship with a variety of stakeholders.

  • Graduate Engineer with Degree level in field like Computer Science Engineer, IT, Data Analytics or equivalent
  • Experience in Microsoft application (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Achievement of an MBA qualification will be considered advantageous but not vital.
