Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Virtual Assistant to support our design initiatives across multiple platforms. This role requires proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create visually appealing graphics for social media, marketing campaigns, presentations, and other digital assets. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, efficient, and able to manage multiple design projects while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.

As a Graphic Design Virtual Assistant, you will collaborate with our marketing and content teams to bring creative concepts to life, ensuring that all visual materials align with company objectives and branding guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and edit graphics, social media posts, banners, and marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all digital and print designs.

  • Assist in developing visual content for campaigns, newsletters, presentations, and other marketing initiatives.

  • Adapt existing templates and graphics to meet project requirements.

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and social media teams to ensure timely delivery of design assets.

  • Provide creative input and suggestions to enhance visual storytelling.

  • Organize and manage digital assets, files, and design libraries efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications
