Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver engaging visual solutions.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs and marketing channels.

  • Edit and enhance images, ensuring optimal visual quality for various formats.

  • Prepare and present design drafts for feedback and approval.

  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve creative output.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong online portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects.

  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout principles, and branding.

  • Excellent communication and time management skills.

  • Ability to translate abstract concepts into engaging visual designs.

  • Experience with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD) is an added advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design (agency or freelance experience accepted).

  • Prior experience working remotely or in cross-functional teams is desirable.
