Design the International medical strategy for

Haematology

as well as co-create the regional brand strategy together with the commercial lead ensuring the commercial and medical strategies are fully aligned on key objectives. Work with other medical directors to plan and deliver above brand activities for

Haematology

cancer Works cross-functionally to provide the medical input and expertise for Regional Commercial, Regulatory, and Market Access functions. Support and influence the key area/country medical teams, ensuring they have the accurate training, skills and knowledge to deliver high quality medical affairs communication and activities, so meeting the brand objectives. Drive close collaboration with global and regional teams to ensure the needs of the region are shared and understood and stay informed on latest strategies and priorities Develop and manage relationships with the relevant key external experts, and other external stakeholders with the common objective to improve health outcomes in the region Develop, manage and lead all aspects of above-country activities and projects including evidence generation, external medical education and insight gathering to fill identified gaps (data or education) Identify Opportunities and best practices of Early Diagnosis, Proactive Screening and Guideline Concordance Care, expediting activities across the region. Understand, identify, challenge and propose a Data Generation plan across the region to support launches and reimbursement in the countries.

Essential for the role



You have an advance degree preferably, a doctor degree in a scientific discipline, including M.D, Pharm.D. or Ph.D. Solid experience in CAR-T Proven 5+ years of experience in medical affairs including country and preferably above country leadership experience of strategic medical planning, launch planning and execution Solid experience in team management and project management, ability to communicate and engage teams from different parts of the globe, understanding cross-cultural differences. Therapy area knowledge / experience in solid tumour oncology, preferably
