Our client, one of the leading investment companies in the UAE is seeking a highly skilled Head Of Marketing - Real Estate. 

The ideal candidate will lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies to promote real estate properties, generate quality leads, and support sales growth. This role requires strong expertise in real estate marketing, digital campaigns, and team collaboration to drive brand visibility and business results

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales.
  • Design and manage marketing campaigns across digital platforms, print media, and outdoor advertising.
  • Create and update marketing materials (brochures, flyers, property listings, social media content).
  • Oversee company website, SEO/SEM, and social media presence to maximize visibility.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with business targets.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis.
  • Manage CRM systems for effective lead nurturing and sales funnel optimization.
  • Track KPIs (leads, conversion rates, ROI) and prepare performance reports.
  • Plan and coordinate open houses, property launches, and networking events.
  • Build relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with corporate standards.
  • Monitor marketing budgets and optimize cost-effectiveness of campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 8–10 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, analytics, and CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns, events, and vendor partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with strong business and analytical acumen.
