Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare data from multiple sources including EHRs, claims, clinical trials, and operational databases.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to present insights to clinical, administrative, and executive teams.

  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in patient outcomes, resource utilization, and operational metrics.

  • Collaborate with healthcare providers, IT teams, and management to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.

  • Support compliance with healthcare regulations, standards, and data privacy protocols.

  • Assist in predictive modeling and forecasting to improve patient care and resource planning.

  • Continuously improve data processes and recommend enhancements for data quality and reporting efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Healthcare Informatics, Statistics, Data Science, Public Health, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

  • Knowledge of healthcare data standards, HIPAA compliance, and clinical terminology.

Experience
