Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and proactive Healthcare Virtual Assistant to provide exceptional patient scheduling support. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate patient appointments via phone, email, and online scheduling systems.

  • Confirm, reschedule, and follow up on patient appointments to ensure optimal calendar management.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and update scheduling databases.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing courteous and professional assistance.

  • Communicate effectively with healthcare providers and administrative teams to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly.

  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and generating reports as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other patient confidentiality regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelors degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.

  • Previous experience in healthcare administration, medical office, or virtual assistance is highly desirable.

  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling software.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
