Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Home-Based HR and Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are organized, proactive, and passionate about creating efficient HR and administrative processes while working remotely. The successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting HR operations, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth organizational workflows in a virtual work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding of employees.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.

  • Assist with payroll processing, leave management, and performance appraisal tracking.

  • Handle internal communications, scheduling meetings, and coordinating virtual events.

  • Support administrative functions such as document preparation, reporting, and office coordination.

  • Monitor HR policies and ensure adherence to company guidelines.

  • Address employee queries regarding HR processes and provide timely solutions.

  • Collaborate with management to streamline administrative workflows and optimize remote team efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, processes, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Experience
