Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dynamic and professional Hospitality Manager to lead hotel operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day hotel operations, managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality service standards. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery across all departments.

  • Develop and implement service standards, guest experience initiatives, and operational policies.

  • Lead, motivate, and train staff to maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

  • Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly, ensuring a positive resolution and continued loyalty.

  • Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to maximize hotel revenue and occupancy.

  • Monitor budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation for cost-effective management.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards within the hospitality industry.

  • Oversee event coordination, banquet management, and VIP guest services as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Tourism Studies (Masters degree preferred).

  • Proven experience in hotel management or a senior hospitality role.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L statements.

  • Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS, POS).

  • Customer-focused mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in the hospitality or hotel management industry.
