Job Summary

American Express is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR & Back Office Executive to join our dynamic team remotely. You will be responsible for assisting with HR processes, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day back-office operations while upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.

  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and attendance logs.

  • Support payroll processing, leave management, and other HR administrative tasks.

  • Coordinate internal communications, HR announcements, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Handle queries from employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and HR metrics as required by management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and organizational procedures.

  • Assist in back-office functions such as data entry, document management, and process optimization.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
