Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our remote team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. As a Remote HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in helping the organization attract, select, and retain top talent across multiple departments, ensuring an efficient and seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create effective job descriptions.

  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

  • Screen and evaluate candidate profiles, resumes, and applications to ensure suitability.

  • Schedule and conduct interviews through virtual platforms.

  • Maintain accurate and updated recruitment records and reports.

  • Manage offer negotiations, documentation, and onboarding coordination.

  • Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.

  • Promote the companys brand as an employer of choice through professional communication and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in using online job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.

  • Ability to handle multiple roles and priorities with efficiency.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is an added advantage.

  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in IT, BPO, or corporate sectors.

  • Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for HR may also apply.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote working hours.

  • Standard working days: Monday to Friday.

  • Occasional weekend work may be required during peak hiring periods.
