Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic human resources team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about recruitment and HR operations, with a strong focus on coordinating and scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and supporting HR processes remotely. The HR Virtual Assistant will act as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth and professional recruitment experience while supporting the HR team in administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in HR databases.

  • Screen incoming resumes and applications based on job requirements.

  • Assist in posting job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.

  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, follow-ups, and onboarding procedures.

  • Support HR team with administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and report generation.

  • Handle confidential candidate and company information with the utmost discretion.

  • Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.

  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR management software is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR support, recruitment coordination, or administrative roles.

Working Hours
