Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resource Manager to oversee all aspects of HR operations, employee relations, and organizational development in a remote environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving company culture, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, developing HR strategies, and managing the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment to retention. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, leadership acumen, and a deep understanding of HR best practices in a virtual workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and training.

  • Oversee employee engagement, performance management, and retention strategies.

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, health and safety standards, and data protection regulations.

  • Conduct regular reviews of compensation structures, benefits, and performance incentives.

  • Manage employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality.

  • Support leadership in workforce planning, organizational design, and succession planning.

  • Lead HR initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and a positive work culture.

  • Coordinate with departments to assess and address training and development needs.

  • Handle HR analytics, reporting, and continuous improvement projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred).

  • Proven experience in HR management, ideally in a remote or hybrid organization.

  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HRIS systems, and employment practices.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management tools (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People, Workday).

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and organizational ability.

Experience

  • Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in human resources management or senior HR roles.

  • Demonstrated experience leading remote HR teams or supporting distributed workforces.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with flexible working hours.

  • Core availability required between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday) in your respective time zone.
