Position: HR executive (Part-Time)

Location: Remote

Timings: (Minimum 4 hours/day, Monday–Friday, between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

We are a leading speakers bureau in the Middle East, specializing in keynote speakers, trainers, moderators, emcees, and coaches. Our mission is to connect world-class thought leaders with organizations to inspire and transform audiences. We are now looking for a Part-time HR Executive with solid knowledge of UAE labor laws to strengthen our people operations and ensure smooth HR processes.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Draft and post job ads across relevant platforms.
  • Screen candidates, schedule and conduct interviews.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.

Employee Relations & Compliance

  • Maintain compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage employee grievances with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support in drafting, reviewing, and updating HR policies and contracts.
  • Ensure basic HR compliance across employee files, contracts, visa status checks, and labor documentation.

HR Operations

  • Oversee leave management, attendance, and daily check-ins.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and feedback cycles.
  • Maintain freelancer and contractor databases.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and digitization of HR records.
  • Suggest and implement automation tools for smoother HR processes.

Culture & Engagement

  • Plan and coordinate team-building activities and engagement initiatives.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture, even in a remote setting.

Field Work

  • Offer assistance with travel and in-person requests for renewals or meetings about any of the above or standard HR tasks for the organization or the MD

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Must hold a self-sponsored UAE residence visa (freelance visa/spouse visa/own visa).
  • Fully remote: must have a personal laptop, stable Wi-Fi, and UAE calling number.
  • Available to work at least 4 hours daily within 9 AM – 6 PM (Mon–Fri).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
  • Experience with contract drafting, HR digital tools, and database management.
  • Experienced in managing the staff progress sycle, performance reviews, scaling the general morale of the team.
  • Ability to work independently, with discretion, and attention to detail.

  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment.
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, or events industry is an advantage.
