Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Interior Finisher to join our residential construction team. The Interior Finisher will be responsible for executing high-quality finishing work including drywall installation, painting, trim work, flooring, and other interior detailing tasks that ensure a polished final look for residential projects. This role requires precision, craftsmanship, and a strong understanding of finishing materials and techniques.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform interior finishing tasks including drywall installation, plastering, painting, flooring, cabinetry, and trim work.

  • Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders to carry out finishing requirements.

  • Ensure all finishing work meets quality, safety, and building code standards.

  • Repair, patch, and prepare surfaces before applying finishing materials.

  • Collaborate with carpenters, painters, and other construction professionals to complete projects on time.

  • Operate and maintain finishing tools and equipment safely.

  • Maintain a clean and organized worksite at all times.

  • Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, precision, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of interior finishing techniques, tools, and materials.

  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position with standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
