Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our dynamic Research Agency team. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and organize raw data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.

  • Conduct statistical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and correlations in datasets.

  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations for internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Support research projects by providing accurate and timely data insights.

  • Collaborate with senior analysts, project managers, and research leads to ensure data integrity.

  • Assist in preparing presentations, charts, and infographics to communicate findings effectively.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security standards, and company policies.

  • Continuously monitor data quality and suggest process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Basic knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R preferred).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of professional experience in data analysis, market research, or a similar role.

  • Internship or academic project experience in handling large datasets will be considered an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM.

  • Flexibility required during peak project deadlines.

  • Hybrid/remote working options may be available depending on project needs.
