Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms.

  • Handle client concerns and complaints with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution.

  • Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver consistent and seamless customer experiences.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.

  • Provide support in preparing reports on customer service metrics and trends.

  • Suggest and contribute ideas for process improvement and enhanced customer engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in customer service, client relations, or customer experience management.

  • Internship or prior experience in customer-facing roles will be an advantage.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Occasional flexibility may be required based on business needs.
