MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Site Supervisor to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will assist in supervising on-site operations, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, safely, and within timelines. Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, and quality standards.

  • Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and labor teams to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on site.

  • Assist in maintaining project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and material usage records.

  • Identify and report potential project risks or delays to senior management.

  • Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders and support senior supervisors in decision-making processes.

  • Participate in site inspections and quality control checks to ensure project standards are maintained.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and site safety standards.

  • Proficiency in basic construction software and MS Office (Excel, Word).

Experience
