<h4>Job overview</h4> <p>Repton Dubai is seeking to appoint a KHDA Coordinator.</p> <h4>Role overview:</h4> <p>The KHDA Coordinator will act as the primary liaison between the school and the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), ensuring all student-related processes and compliance requirements are met in full. The role will be responsible for maintaining accurate student records, registering students on the KHDA system, updating parent-school contracts, supporting inspections, and ensuring timely and accurate submissions on KHDA systems. The KHDA Coordinator will work closely with Admissions, Academic Leadership, and Parents to ensure every studentu2019s educational journey is compliant with KHDA regulations from entry through graduation.</p> <h4>About Cognita:</h4> <p>Cognita is a global leader in independent education. Arabic (written and spoken) is a strong advantage</li> <li>In-depth understanding of KHDA rules and regulations</li> <li>Excellent data management and record-keeping skills</li> <li>Strong IT skills, including KHDA online portals and student information systems</li> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with parents, staff, and regulators</li> <li>Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable. Able to work independently, handle confidential information with discretion, and adapt to regulatory changes</li> <li>Must be based in the UAE and eligible to work legally.
