Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Virtual Assistant to provide high-level administrative and case management support to our legal team. This remote role focuses on managing case files, maintaining accurate records, coordinating communications, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day legal processes. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize legal case files, documents, and client records with accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Draft, proofread, and format legal correspondence, contracts, and other documents.

  • Schedule meetings, hearings, and deadlines for attorneys, ensuring timely follow-ups.

  • Conduct basic legal research and gather relevant case information.

  • Communicate with clients, court personnel, and external parties professionally and promptly.

  • Maintain digital filing systems and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and tracking of legal expenses as needed.

  • Provide general administrative support to attorneys and paralegals to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a legal assistant, paralegal, or administrative support in a legal setting.

  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and legal case management software.
