Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our outpatient mental health services team. The ideal candidate will provide client-centered counseling, therapeutic interventions, and support to individuals, couples, and families navigating mental health, emotional, and behavioral challenges. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions in an outpatient setting.

  • Conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans, and document client progress accurately.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other mental health professionals to ensure coordinated care.

  • Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and legal standards in counseling practice.

  • Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and professional development activities.

  • Provide crisis intervention and support as necessary, ensuring client safety and well-being.

  • Educate clients and families about mental health, coping strategies, and available community resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in the respective state.

  • Masters degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

  • Strong clinical skills in individual, group, and family therapy.

  • Proficiency in mental health assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail.

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of clinical counseling experience in an outpatient or mental health setting preferred.

  • Experience working with diverse populations and a range of mental health issues is highly desirable.

  • Familiarity with telehealth platforms is an advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible outpatient schedule, with options for part-time or full-time hours.
