The ideal candidate must be well versed in traditional and digital marketing, have excellent project management skills, and be committed to a date-driven approach.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with sales and product teams to support lead generation, product positioning, and handle and filter inbound inquiries as well as first-line sales requests (60% of working time)</li><li>Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives</li><li>Manage online and offline campaigns, including website, email, social media, trade shows, and advertising</li><li>Lead content creation efforts: brochures, presentations, blog posts, product sheets, and press releases</li><li>Plan and oversee participation in industry events, exhibitions, and partnerships</li><li>Track marketing performance, analyze metrics, and prepare regular reports on ROI and KPIs</li><li>Oversee SEO/SEM, Google Ads, and social media campaigns to improve digital visibility</li><li>Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media contacts</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing (preferably in technology, aviation, or industrial sectors)</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems</li><li>Experience in lead qualification or inside sales is a strong advantage</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English</li><li>Creative, hands-on, and results-driven mindset</li><li>Experience in event planning, brand management, and campaign execution</li><li>Based in Dubai, UAE</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Conditions:</strong></p><ul><li>Location: Dubai, Silicon Oasis, onsite</li><li>Working time: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday</li><li>Friendly, professional, international team</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Opportunity to work in an innovative and fast-growing company</li><li>Dynamic and international team environment</li><li>Exposure to cutting-edge technologies in the drone and aviation sectors</li></ul><p></p>
