Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to support our fast-growing online coaching business. The Marketing Assistant will play a key role in executing marketing campaigns, supporting client acquisition strategies, and driving engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.

  • Create, edit, and schedule engaging content tailored to our coaching audience.

  • Monitor analytics and prepare reports to measure campaign effectiveness.

  • Support SEO, content marketing, and paid advertising efforts.

  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new ideas for brand growth and client engagement.

  • Maintain and update the companys CRM system and mailing lists.

  • Assist in the coordination of online events, webinars, and workshops.

  • Research industry trends and competitor activities to ensure marketing strategies remain relevant and competitive.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO, and email marketing platforms.

  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing or digital communication role, preferably in online businesses or coaching/consulting industries.
