Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Marketing Data Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team on a fully remote basis. Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from multiple channels including digital campaigns, social media, email marketing, and website analytics.

  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track marketing performance metrics and KPIs.

  • Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve marketing strategies and ROI.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to provide data-driven recommendations.

  • Conduct A/B testing and campaign performance analysis to optimize marketing initiatives.

  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform marketing strategies.

  • Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate reporting across all marketing channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

  • Knowledge of digital marketing analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.).

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience
