Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented NGO Virtual Assistant to support our non-profit operations by managing donor relations, tracking contributions, and generating timely reports. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate donor records, providing seamless communication, and supporting the fundraising and reporting processes of our NGO. Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update the donor database with accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Monitor and track donor contributions, pledges, and recurring donations.

  • Prepare and generate regular donor and fundraising reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist in drafting acknowledgment letters, emails, and newsletters to donors.

  • Coordinate with the fundraising and program teams to ensure timely communication with supporters.

  • Manage virtual meetings and follow-ups with donors and stakeholders.

  • Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping.

  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency in donor management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

  • Experience with CRM software or donor management systems is highly desirable.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.

  • Familiarity with NGO operations and fundraising practices is a plus.

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administrative support, virtual assistance, or donor management, preferably in an NGO or non-profit setting.

  • Experience in generating reports, maintaining databases, and supporting stakeholder communications.

Working Hours

  • Flexible working hours with an expected commitment of 20–40 hours per week.
