HR Service Jobs is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our administrative operations in Gurgaon. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and correspondence.

  • Assist management and team members with document preparation, reports, and presentations.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing timely responses or routing them appropriately.

  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and ensure a well-organized workspace.

  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and service providers as needed.
