Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process online customer orders across various e-commerce platforms.

  • Monitor order status, verify payment confirmations, and update customers regarding shipping and delivery.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.

  • Track and report order metrics, refunds, and returns accurately.
