Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Online Personal Trainer to join our growing remote fitness team. This role is ideal for fitness professionals who are passionate about helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals through personalized online coaching. You will design, deliver, and monitor virtual fitness programs tailored to individual client needs, using digital tools and platforms to motivate and track progress.

As an Online Personal Trainer, you will play a key role in inspiring healthy habits, providing expert guidance, and delivering an exceptional virtual fitness experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct virtual fitness assessments to evaluate clients current fitness levels and set achievable goals.

  • Create personalized workout and nutrition plans aligned with each clients objectives, lifestyle, and fitness level.

  • Deliver live one-on-one or group training sessions through video conferencing platforms.

  • Monitor client progress, adjust fitness programs as needed, and provide ongoing feedback and motivation.

  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely communication and follow-ups.

  • Stay up to date with current fitness trends, exercise science research, and wellness practices.

  • Promote a positive, supportive, and engaging virtual training environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) from a recognized organization (e.g., ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent).

  • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and nutrition principles.

  • Excellent communication and motivational skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Proficiency in using online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or fitness apps for virtual sessions.

  • Ability to develop customized fitness programs for a variety of clients and goals.

  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Experience

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in personal training, preferably with some online coaching background.

  • Experience working with clients of different fitness levels and age groups is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Part-time, Remote Position

  • Flexible scheduling based on client availability (mornings, evenings, or weekends).

  • Approximately 10–25 hours per week, depending on client load and performance.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • In-depth knowledge of exercise techniques, injury prevention, and rehabilitation basics.

  • Strong interpersonal and motivational coaching skills.

  • Ability to analyze client progress using digital tracking tools.

  • Empathy, patience, and adaptability when working with diverse client needs.

  • Basic understanding of online marketing or social media promotion (preferred).
