Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings on Amazon, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in pricing, descriptions, and images.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize listings and campaigns.

  • Execute promotional campaigns, discounts, and advertising strategies to drive online traffic and sales.

  • Handle customer queries, reviews, and feedback with professionalism to maintain a strong brand reputation.

  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends.
