Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and update product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images, across online platforms.

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure stock availability.

  • Assist in processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges promptly and accurately.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or social media, ensuring high satisfaction levels.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement online promotions and campaigns.

  • Generate reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback to support management decisions.

  • Perform routine audits of the online store to ensure accuracy and quality of content.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
