Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and review customer feedback from multiple channels, including e-commerce platforms, social media, and internal systems.

  • Analyze customer reviews for trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for product or service improvement.

  • Create detailed reports summarizing findings and provide actionable insights to management and relevant teams.

  • Collaborate with customer support, marketing, and product teams to implement improvements based on review analysis.

  • Monitor competitor reviews to identify market trends and areas for differentiation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
