Stack & Dome is a popular, fast-casual restaurant specializing in dry-aged beef smash burgers. We are looking for an energetic and reliable Part-Time Front of House (FOH) Staff member to join our team, specifically to cover our busiest shifts.

This role is perfect for someone looking for consistent evening and weekend hours who excels in a high-energy environment and has a passion for great customer service. You will be essential in ensuring a smooth flow between the kitchen and the dining room, and enhancing every customer’s experience.

Required Availability

The primary focus of this role is covering our peak business periods. Candidates must be available for:

  • Monday Evenings
  • Friday Evenings
  • Potential shifts on other weeknights or weekend days as needed (to be mutually agreed upon).

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Food Running & Service: Swiftly and accurately deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables during peak service hours. Ensure order accuracy and presentation quality.
  • Suggestive Selling: Proactively engage with customers to recommend add-ons, sides, and milkshakes to help increase the average value of each order.
  • Table Maintenance (Bussing): Efficiently clear, clean, and reset tables immediately after customers depart, ensuring the dining area is welcoming and prepared for the next guests.
  • Cleanliness & Organization: Assist with general FOH cleaning tasks, including light sweeping, stock replenishment, and maintaining the cleanliness of the counter area and restrooms.
  • Customer Interaction: Greet guests warmly, answer basic menu questions, and provide a positive and friendly atmosphere.

What We're Looking For

  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to reliably commit to evening shifts, especially on Mondays and Fridays.
  • Speed & Stamina: Ability to thrive in a high-volume, standing-intensive role during busy, high-pressure rushes.
  • Sales Focus: Prior experience or proven comfort with upselling or suggestive selling.
  • Attitude: A positive, team-first attitude with excellent communication skills.
