We are seeking a driven Part-Time Operations & Client Success Manager to join our fast-growing agency — with the clear intention to move into a full-time position after a few weeks if everything goes well.

In this role, you’ll help manage client relationships, oversee delivery, and ensure smooth operations as we scale. This position is ideal for someone ambitious who wants to grow quickly into a full-time leadership role.

Location: Remote (Dubai timezone preferred)
Type: Part-time (approx. 20h/week) → full-time after evaluation | Long-term

We’re CloverLeads

A high-performance lead generation agency based in Dubai, helping high-ticket service businesses get 20–100 qualified appointments in 16 weeks — or we work for free.

We’re scaling fast and need a smart, resourceful operator to support our operations and client success — so our founders can fully focus on sales and growth.

About the Role

This is a part-time position with a starter salary of 5,000 AED / 1,350 USD per month, depending on experience.

After a short evaluation period (typically a few weeks), the goal is to transition into a full-time position at double the starting salary (10,000 AED / 2,700 USD per month) — with clear performance-based growth opportunities beyond that.

You’ll be working closely with the founder to learn our systems, manage client communication, and gradually take ownership of agency operations.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Assist in managing operations across multiple client accounts
  • Keep clients updated, happy, and retained
  • Coordinate tasks between our internal team: media buyer, video editor, lead qualifiers
  • Track KPIs like CPL, CTR, CAC, and conversion rates
  • Develop creative campaign angles and follow up on client results
  • Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet our high standards

This Role Is For You If You:

  • Have experience in a marketing or lead generation agency
  • Speak fluent English
  • Can manage multiple accounts and tasks independently
  • Are detail-oriented and organized under pressure
  • Know how to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Are ambitious and eager to grow into a full-time leadership position

What Success Looks Like

  • Clients get results, stay longer, and refer others
  • Campaigns run smoothly without the founders' micromanagement
  • The team communicates efficiently under your coordination
  • You transition into full-time leadership within weeks
  • You become a key pillar in the fastest-growing Dubai-based lead gen agency

Growth Path & Compensation

  • Starter salary (part-time): 5,000 AED / 1,350 USD per month
  • Full-time promotion target: within 3–4 weeks, doubling to 10,000 AED / 2,700 USD
  • Performance bonuses: based on client satisfaction & retention
  • Long-term growth path: potential to move into Head of Operations or COO

Send us:

  • A short video or Loom explaining why you’re the perfect fit
  • A few bullet points of your relevant experience
  • One campaign or project you’re proud of
