Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Virtual Assistant to support our dynamic marketing team. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a remote environment and has a passion for digital marketing. The Virtual Assistant will assist with administrative tasks, marketing campaigns, content scheduling, and general team support to ensure smooth operations and effective communication within the marketing department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks and operations.

  • Manage and organize emails, calendars, and internal communications.

  • Support the creation, scheduling, and posting of content across social media platforms.

  • Conduct research on marketing trends, competitors, and target audiences.

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries for marketing campaigns.

  • Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and partners when necessary.

  • Assist in tracking campaign performance metrics and updating databases.

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks to support the marketing teams objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative/support role.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
