Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Photographer and Videographer to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality photos and videos for company projects, social media, campaigns, and client deliverables.

  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and project teams to understand visual requirements and objectives.

  • Manage all stages of production, including pre-production planning, lighting, equipment setup, post-production editing, and final delivery.

  • Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all media outputs.

  • Maintain and organize photography and videography equipment, ensuring readiness for all shoots.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and emerging technology to continuously enhance content quality.

  • Travel as needed for on-site shoots, events, or client projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative work.

  • Proficiency in professional editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.

  • Solid understanding of lighting, composition, color theory, and camera equipment operation.

  • Ability to conceptualize creative content and translate ideas into visually appealing media.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

  • Flexibility to adapt to different project requirements and environments.

Experience

  • Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in photography and videography preferred.

  • Experience in corporate, commercial, lifestyle, or event photography/videography is highly desirable.

  • Prior experience with remote or hybrid work setups is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible schedule; standard 40-hour work week, with occasional evening or weekend shoots depending on project requirements.
