Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of our digital products and solutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Define the vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for assigned products.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and emerging trends.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality product releases on schedule.

  • Develop detailed product requirements and user stories for new features and enhancements.

  • Monitor product performance, user feedback, and analytics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

  • Coordinate cross-departmental communication to ensure seamless product development and rollout.

  • Work with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and product positioning.

  • Prioritize features, manage backlogs, and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Manager or in a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of agile development processes and product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or Asana).

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.

  • Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Experience working in cross-functional teams and remote environments.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3–6 years in product management or related roles.
