Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a meticulous and highly organized Project Scheduler to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules for large-scale construction projects. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations. The Project Scheduler will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to streamline workflows, optimize resources, and mitigate risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project schedules using recognized project management software (Primavera P6, MS Project, or equivalent).

  • Coordinate with project managers and site teams to define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

  • Monitor project progress, track performance against schedule baselines, and identify potential delays.

  • Prepare regular schedule updates, status reports, and risk analyses for management and client review.

  • Analyze critical path, resource allocation, and task dependencies to optimize efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adjust schedules and resolve conflicts proactively.

  • Assist in project planning meetings, ensuring all scheduling requirements are incorporated.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards, contractual obligations, and safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Proficiency in project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and terminology.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project scheduling within the construction industry.

  • Prior exposure to large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or industrial projects is highly desirable.

  • Experience in tracking project performance, reporting, and risk management.

Working Hours

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Occasional site visits or extended hours may be required depending on project timelines.
