Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a detail-oriented Public Records Research & Data Entry Analyst to join our remote team. This role involves collecting, verifying, and managing public record data from a variety of online and offline sources. The ideal candidate will have excellent research abilities, strong analytical thinking, and advanced data entry skills to ensure data accuracy and compliance. You will play a vital role in supporting business operations by providing accurate and timely information derived from public databases, government portals, and legal documents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research using online databases, court records, and government resources.

  • Collect, analyze, and enter large volumes of public record data into company systems.

  • Verify the authenticity and accuracy of documents before processing.

  • Maintain and update internal databases with high accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Generate reports and summaries for internal teams and clients as required.

  • Identify discrepancies in data and take corrective actions promptly.

  • Collaborate with the compliance and analytics teams to ensure data integrity.

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications
