Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Virtual Assistant with expertise in CRM management to support our growing real estate operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain real estate CRM systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.

  • Track leads, follow-ups, and property listings while ensuring timely communication with clients and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate appointments, virtual tours, and meetings with clients, agents, and partners.

  • Assist in preparing marketing campaigns, email newsletters, and social media updates related to property listings.

  • Generate and analyze reports to track lead progress, sales performance, and CRM activity.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as document preparation, data entry, and file management.

  • Collaborate with real estate agents and team members to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience working with real estate CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Follow Up Boss, or similar).

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage sensitive client information with discretion and professionalism.

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and basic data analytics tools.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Administrative Support in the real estate industry.

Working Hours
