Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking skilled and safety-conscious Rebar Workers to join our structural construction teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for cutting, bending, assembling, and installing steel reinforcing bars (rebar) used in reinforced concrete structures, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with engineering specifications. This role requires a hands-on professional with attention to detail, the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to strict safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine rebar requirements.

  • Cut, bend, and assemble steel bars to required shapes and dimensions using hand tools and machinery.

  • Position and secure rebar within concrete forms to meet engineering and project specifications.

  • Inspect rebar placements to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards.

  • Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other construction personnel to meet project deadlines.

  • Maintain a safe and organized worksite, following all occupational health and safety regulations.

  • Report any structural or safety issues promptly to the site supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Rebar Worker or similar role in structural construction.

  • Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and rebar schedules.

  • Proficiency in using hand tools, bending machines, and other rebar equipment.

  • Knowledge of reinforced concrete techniques and structural standards.

  • Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials safely.

  • Commitment to safety and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Experience

  • Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on experience in rebar work for structural construction projects.

  • Experience in commercial or residential high-rise construction projects is preferred.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, typically 8–10 hours per day, Monday to Saturday.
