Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for cloud-based applications, systems, and infrastructure.

  • Monitor cloud performance and report system issues or outages to senior engineers.

  • Assist clients in troubleshooting technical problems through chat, email, or video calls.

  • Maintain accurate logs of support requests, incidents, and resolutions.
