We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team at The Elite Job. This part-time position offers the opportunity to work remotely from anywhere in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inputting data from source documents into prescribed computer databases, files, and forms with high accuracy.
  • Verifying data by comparing it to source documents and making necessary corrections.
  • Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
  • Retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested.
  • Performing regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in data entry or related administrative roles preferred.

Working Hours:
