Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking a compassionate and experienced Remote Licensed Talk Therapist to provide high-quality, fee-for-service counseling to clients in a flexible, virtual setting. This role is ideal for licensed mental health professionals who are motivated by client-centered care and wish to work remotely while managing their own schedule. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges, delivering therapy in a secure, confidential, and effective online environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions with clients via secure virtual platforms.

  • Assess client needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide ongoing support.

  • Maintain accurate, confidential client records in compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, and trauma.

  • Provide referrals and collaborate with other professionals as necessary to ensure comprehensive care.

  • Stay updated on mental health trends, therapies, and best practices to provide effective support.

  • Ensure adherence to ethical and legal standards governing therapy practice.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Masters or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

  • Active and valid state license to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.

  • Strong proficiency with online communication platforms and teletherapy tools.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.

  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients remotely.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional counseling or therapy experience.

  • Previous experience providing teletherapy or remote counseling preferred but not mandatory.
