Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Live Chat Agent to join our growing customer support team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our online customers, providing real-time assistance, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and other digital channels.

  • Provide accurate information about company products, services, and policies.

  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, order tracking, billing issues, and account management.
