Progressive Technology is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Remote Live Chat Support team. As a Live Chat Support Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional service experience—all through our online chat system. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and messaging platforms.

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
