Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential candidates through online platforms, networking, referrals, and job boards.

  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate suitability for specific job requirements.

  • Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to understand recruitment needs and position requirements.

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle — from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.

  • Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
