Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a talented and motivated Remote Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, sourcing exceptional talent, and building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers. You will work remotely, ensuring that the organization attracts and hires top-quality professionals while maintaining a seamless recruitment experience aligned with our company values and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

  • Develop and post engaging job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.

  • Build a strong talent pipeline by proactively identifying and engaging with potential candidates.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Conduct background checks, reference verification, and prepare employment offers.

  • Maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) and ensure all candidate information is up to date.

  • Represent The Elite Jobs brand in a professional and engaging manner during candidate interactions.

  • Prepare recruitment reports and provide insights on hiring trends and workforce planning.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company hiring policies at all stages of recruitment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Executive, or similar role.

  • Excellent knowledge of online recruitment tools, platforms, and databases (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in using HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in corporate or staffing agency environments.

  • Experience in remote hiring and international recruitment is a plus.

Working Hours

  • Flexible remote schedule with core availability between 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).

  • Occasional weekend or after-hours work may be required based on project needs or urgent hiring requirements.
