Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to serve as the right hand to our CEO. This unique role combines traditional executive support with a passion for animals, particularly dogs. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, is exceptionally organized, and has a genuine love for dogs, as they may be involved in pet-related aspects of the CEOs daily life and work environment. This position can be based in Maui or performed remotely with a strong commitment to collaboration and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel coordination, and correspondence.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.

  • Assist with strategic planning, project management, and day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

  • Manage and organize documents, presentations, and reports with high accuracy.

  • Coordinate personal and professional commitments of the CEO, including pet care arrangements and lifestyle support as needed.

  • Prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items for meetings.

  • Research, analyze, and provide summaries on topics as directed by the CEO.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and common project management tools.

  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and proactive thinking.

  • Genuine love for dogs and the ability to assist in pet-related responsibilities.

  • Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining accountability and meeting deadlines.

Experience

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience supporting senior executives in dynamic environments.

  • Experience in project management, travel coordination, or lifestyle management is a plus.

  • Prior experience working with remote teams is highly desirable.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position (40 hours/week).

  • Flexibility may be required to accommodate the CEOs schedule and urgent priorities.

  • Remote work possible with occasional in-person meetings if based in Maui.
