<p>We are seeking a highly motivated <strong>Security Manager</strong> to join our international freight forwarding operation. In this role, you will oversee and ensure compliance of security procedures for both logistical Warehouse and vaults and transportation of high-value cargo, liaising with local and international security stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, implement, and maintain security protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for valuable cargo handling in line with Company standards.</li><li>Ensure full compliance with UAE SIRA regulations, Dubai Free Zone security requirements, and other relevant local laws</li><li>Manage and supervise on-site security teams, including guard deployment, training, and performance oversight</li><li>Coordinate with operations, logistics, and international compliance/security teams to ensure cohesive security integration</li><li>Conduct security risk assessments, audits, and provide mitigation plans for vaults, transport, and facilities</li><li>Investigate security incidents, prepare incident reports, and recommend corrective actions</li><li>Monitor and update security technologies, CCTV systems, alarm systems, and access control solutions</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 7 years’ experience in the security sector (especially in logistics, high-value cargo and vault security)</li><li>Must hold UAE SIRA security license</li><li>Deep knowledge of local UAE/Dubai security regulations and free zone security obligations</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent command of Arabic and English</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>What we offer</strong></p><ul><li>Dynamic, international work environment with exposure to high-value logistics operations</li><li>Opportunities for professional growth, cross-team collaboration, and advancement</li><li>Competitive compensation package</li></ul><p><br></p><p><span>We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
